Method
- Boil whole chicken breasts for about 15 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees farenheight.
- Remove from water and shred chicken, set in a bowl.
- After you've washed and trimmed your celery ribs, cut ribs into 3 inch "spoons."
- Combine chicken, cilantro, yogurt, buffalo sauce, lime juice, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Scoop buffalo chicken mixture into the celery stalks leaving a "handle."
- Top with bleu cheese crumbles and serve on a platter

Pro tip: Use a gloved hand to pinch buffalo chicken mixture and press into celery rib.
