Boil whole chicken breasts for about 15 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees farenheight.
Remove from water and shred chicken, set in a bowl.
After you've washed and trimmed your celery ribs, cut ribs into 3 inch "spoons."
Combine chicken, cilantro, yogurt, buffalo sauce, lime juice, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Scoop buffalo chicken mixture into the celery stalks leaving a "handle."
Top with bleu cheese crumbles and serve on a platter
