Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat. Add green beans to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, then add 1 tbs of olive oil and season with salt. Continue to cook green beans for a total of 15 minutes or until beans are blackened and blistered then remove from heat.
Add chopped and washed cilantro, juice and zest of 2 limes, garlic clove, green onions, red pepper flake, and 1 tbs of olive oil to a stand mixer. Pulse until smooth and set aside.
Mix the blackened green beans with the cilantro lime dressing and serve family style. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
